Located in the small fishing village of Cabanas - Tavira, next to the Ria Formosa Natural Park, Pedras da Rainha is a well - known Tourist Complex in the Eastern Algarve.

It has a varied typology of accommodation and large green areas, with Apartments and Villas (capacity from 2 to 8 people), equipped to provide a pleasant stay in a family atmosphere and relaxing.

Sports center

Pedras da Rainha Resort

Located in the west zone of the Aldeamento offers to our guests and to all who like to practice a few hours of sport, even in times of rest, 5 Tennis courts of synthetic hard floor (one of them illuminated), 2 Tennis Paddle Fields, 1 Lawn bowling pitch with 8 competition courts and 2 boules courts. This Sports Center provides the rental of all the necessary material for the practice of these modalities and, where appropriate, classes with qualified professionals.

Family and sports holidays

This resort is ideal for those who want to spend their holiday actively and want to experience the authentic Algarve in a typical fishing village.

For the children there is lots of green play area, a children's pool, a safe playground and during the summer months a kids ' club with a wide variety of activities.

At the entrance of the resort, there is a bus stop to Tavira and at a very short walking distance there is the train station (Faro – Vila Real St Antonio).

The most important holidays destination of Portugal is the Algarve, due to the richness of its historical heritage, delightfully gastronomy full of mediterranean flavours, beauty of the moutains, its many parks and nature reserves suitable for birdwatching (some of these birds are indigenous of the Iberian Peninsula), and its beautiful coast with beaches bathed by the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
